Pricing + Positioning = Pending in 5 Days!

Pricing and positioning have proven to be a successful strategy in today's luxury market. My new listing on Desert Cove Avenue in Cactus Acres went Active and Pending in 5 days. Neighbors, friends and associates commented - "A five day pending sale? How?"

It's simple. We are still in a declining luxury market. Homes need to be positioned as the best home at the very best price. Often this means pricing just below the current market.

Cactus Acres and the Cactus Corridor continue to be desirable areas to purchase homes on acreage. The large lots, resort-style homes and location make it a great investment and have helped hold values at a higher level than other places in Scottsdale and the surrounding luxury resort corridors.
